Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Assist customers in using various laundry machines and equipment.

Laundry Operations:

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the laundromat facility.

Oversee the operation of washing and drying machines, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Assist customers with the proper use of equipment and provide guidance on laundry best practices.

Cash Handling:

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the laundromat facility clean and presentable.

Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the management.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and restock laundry supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and change for machines.

Requirements:

Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.

Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
