Position Description

Our Contents Division works inside damaged properties to recover and restore customer belongings. We are seeking a Lead Contents Recovery Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing, inventorying, packing, and transporting household goods, including small items and large furniture. This role oversees junior Technicians and reports directly to the Contents Division Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing teams.

Responsibilities:

Carefully handle customers Laundry & Textiles

Maintain a detailed inventory; capture and upload photos for insurance documentation

Neatly fold and package items according to company procedures

Carry and organize textiles / laundry and boxes within our storage warehouse

Follow safety instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies

Occasionally assist in cleaning hard contents

Skills & Requirements:

Experience with Textiles and Laundry Service

Exceptional customer service skills

High School Diploma/GED

Valid Driver’s License and ability to safely operate large vehicles

Previous experience with iCat or similar software is a plus!

Physical Demands: This is a labor-intensive role. Individuals must be able to perform extensive standing, walking, climbing, and lifting.

Pay: $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience. $1,200 sign-on bonus!

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits at 90 days
