Fully Onsite Position Bernheim Kelley Battista, LLC, has an opening for a Legal Assistant with 2 + years of administrative office experience. The firm is seeking a fully bilingual candidate who is proficient in both English and Spanish and can be able to translate. The hours are 8:30 am-5:00 pm Compensation- Commensurate with experience Responsibilities: This position will assist and support the Administrative Team by: • Answering phone/ email messages • Greet all clients and visitors • Set up and support a conference room meeting • Composing general correspondence and emails • Full mail function including retrieval and scanning • Research vendor as assigned • Various mini projects supporting the law firm and the building • Updating and maintaining digital files • Handle office supply inventory and orders • Managing and organizing all supplies • Must be willing to translate when needed Qualifications: • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)-no exemptions • Candidate must be proficient with MS Office and be technologically savvy • The ideal candidate is smart, organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to multitask • Excellent communication skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to write clearly/legibly in English and Spanish
