You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, handle mail and deliveries, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Handling potential client calls and answering questions in a professional manner. • Managing conference rooms, and maintaining office supplies. • Running conflict checks and assisting with the new client process. • Filing and scanning of documents. • Preparing and tracking DocuSign’s. • Preparing letters to clients to return documents and close files. • Organizing files and other miscellaneous projects to contribute to the team effort. Qualifications: • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar position is required. • The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, friendly, professional, punctual, self-assured, well organized, and should also be able to multi-task and prioritize under pressure. • Candidates must be proficient with MS Office. Compensation: $26 - $27 hourly
