    VAN WEY, METZLER, WILLIAMS, PLLC (VWMW) seeks an experienced Professional Legal Administrator (PLA) / Law Firm Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role allows for a blend of remote and in-person work, with training and initial work to be conducted on-site. ** Previous Law Firm experience is required. ** The PLA will collaborate closely with the Law Firm Owner and Executive Management to manage all aspects of the firm except legal practice. This role goes beyond traditional Office Manager or Administrative Assistant duties. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in supervising teams of over 15 individuals. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven PLA with a strong sense of purpose and urgency. Responsibilities include overseeing various functions such as administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with Executive Management on strategic planning, policy implementation, problem-solving, and decision-making. This role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of VWMW and ensuring the firm's policies are effectively implemented. Responsibilities: Duties include the following core functions: • Human resources • Vendor management • Project management • Firm operations • Financial oversight, analysis & reporting • SOP creation & maintenance • Ownership of Knowledge Management System (KMS) • KPI creation and reporting • Management of meeting and report sequence Qualifications: Strong preference for the following credentials: • Master’s degree • Prior law firm managerial/administrative experience • Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) certification • 4+ years relevant experience • Highly skilled in Excel, data analysis, and running reports Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 annually + signing bonus + performance bonuses
