We’re hiring a Case Manager who will play a critical role in our litigation team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, values accountability, and wants to work closely with attorneys to push cases forward from investigation through resolution. You’ll be involved in all phases of litigation, helping develop cases, manage discovery, coordinate with clients and medical providers, and ensure we stay on track for success. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Coordinate client communication, keeping them informed and prepared through every step of their case. • Draft and manage discovery requests and responses, monitor deadlines, and track case progress. • Order and review medical records and bills; work with providers to obtain necessary documentation. • Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and creating timelines. • Help organize and maintain case files, ensuring all materials are updated and accessible. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 3-5 years of experience managing litigation cases in a personal injury law firm. • Deep understanding of the litigation process and deadlines, especially in child injury or complex injury cases. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Spanish-speaking is a plus. • Proficiency with case management software (Practice Panther experience is a plus). • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced team. • Compassionate, professional, and client-centered in every interaction.
