  • Responsibilities

    Looking for a friendly face to answer all incoming calls for a busy law firm and greet all visitors with professionalism and the highest level of customer service. We want someone who cares to be the firm's best first impression! Responsibilities: • Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties • Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. • Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures • Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date We're looking for someone who: • Can greet visitors and answer the phone with a professional and friendly demeanor • Likes to be a part of a team • Manages the aesthetics of our waiting room, conference rooms, kitchen, and lounge • Can handle a fast-paced work environment and a broad range of tasks • Enjoys a challenging and never-dull job • Likes to be around other professionals and fun people • Is not afraid of speaking to clients when they are upset or scared • Has tech skills • Pays meticulous attention to detail • Can follow instructions and work under guidance and direction Qualifications: • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Compensation: $35,000 yearly
