Hybrid The Inside Sales Representative will conduct initial sales conversations and initiate new client engagements. In compliance with The State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct and state statutes, the Client Relationship Coordinator shall Not give any legal advice or receive any portion of client fees. Engage in following up with referral sources. The candidate will ensure a successful execution of the pre-engagement glide path, onboarding new clients, and the post-engagement glide path. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and maximize revenue growth. • Sales expertise – Using sales techniques and strategies, including building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing sales , to promote high - end legal services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their legal needs and offering appropriate solutions. • As brand ambassador, creating excitement and desire around the services. Build relationships with clients. • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to effectively communicate client requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our legal services. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and maintain a comprehensive database of prospects and clients. • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients, highlighting the unique value and benefits of our legal services. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the firm's reach and establish relationships with potential clients. • Stay informed about legal regulations, industry developments, and changes in market conditions that may impact client needs or sales strategies. • Attend sales training. • Create a contract and accept payment (help a client with financing if necessary) and interact with the law firm's attorney for acceptance of the contract. • Enter new clients in the law firm's case management system and send emails to appropriate parties within the firm to start a new case. • Create files for new clients or past clients with new cases. • Follow up with clients after being hired and verify that the client has been successfully engaged. • Follow up with clients after being hired to ensure they are receiving great client support and answer any of their current concerns. • Follow up with PNCs for all past electronic and mailed contracts that have not been signed and paid. • Follow up with all past clients for new additional services. • Follow up with those PNCs who did not hire the firm during their initial sales conversation. • Contact clients at 10, 30, and 270 days after their case closed to keep the relationship fresh. • Track and maintain metrics for the Owner re: conversions of leads to PNC and PNC to Client, referral sources, cost of acquisition, and other key performance indicators. • Document the sales process with policies and procedures etc. from the time the PNC contacts the firm to request assistance up to the time you have completed the second customer service call. • Assist with some marketing activities. • CRM Experience - Lawmatics, Salesforce, Keap, Mycase, or CLIO.
