Law Firm Intake Specialist & Client Relations Coordinator Our boutique Forest Hills personal injury law practice is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Follow up with existing clients to build stronger relationships, trust, and loyalty • Identify potential legal issues and escalate them to the appropriate attorneys or legal professionals • Follow up with clients to collect missing information, schedule appointments, or provide updates as necessary • Assist in managing and organizing the intake department's administrative tasks Qualifications: • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Previous legal experience highly valued • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Strong computer and data entry skills • Medical Experience Preferred • Bilingual proficiency is a plus • Call center: 1 year (Preferred) • Bachelor's Degree Preferred Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
