    Robes Law Group, committed to providing impactful results for clients in a collegiate, respectful, and stable work environment, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate team member as an Intake Specialist. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, responsible, motivated, and committed to helping us meet clients’ needs with empathy and professionalism. You will be the initial point of contact between Robes Law Group and potential clients while supported by assigned staff and mentored by onsite, accessible attorneys. One year of personal injury law experience is required. Hiring bonus paid upon satisfactory 90-day review. $50,000 - $52,000 + benefits (see About Robes Law Group) Responsibilities: • Answer intake queries, conduct interviews, and assist with file opening tasks or declination letters • Draft initial Letters of Representation, Preservation of Evidence, and other letters or correspondence as requested • Assist with property damage inspections, claims, etc. • Obtain information and documents from clients and other sources as needed • Properly document and manage new case information in case management and document management software systems with adherence to policies and procedures accurately and in a timely manner • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Other administrative/support tasks as requested Qualifications: • One year of personal injury law experience is required • Present oneself in a pleasant, empathetic, and professional manner at all times • Commitment to outstanding client service • Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, and others clearly, effectively, and efficiently • Ability to work independently • Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload and support team members • Previous experience with CRM and case management software • Skilled with Microsoft Office • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer and data entry skills Compensation: $50,000 - $52,000
