    Our growing law firm is seeking an office coordinator position to oversee and manage day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings • Manage office supplies and inventory • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings • Supervise administrative staff • Resolve internal employee issues or conflicts • Find solutions for every day office needs and help resolve conflicts Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a law office setting is preferred but not required. • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
