    We are seeking a motivated individual to join our firm as Operations Manager in our Bainbridge Island office, with additional support for our Kirkland office. Responsibilities: Office Operations: • Oversee, and participate in, the daily, monthly, and annual office operations, as support for the client service teams and the smooth management and flow of the office. • Coordinate services provided by the firm’s vendors, including working with the accounting team to track costs and tracking important dates and service needs. • Help establish and monitor policies and procedures for the firm’s operational needs. • Advise the firm’s CEO on identified needs and needed improvements, and help develop implementation plans, accordingly. • Assist with ongoing website management. Administrative Staff and HR: • Manage administrative staff members who have responsibilities related to the firm’s operations, including tracking performance, conducting ongoing and consistent performance evaluations, and helping motivated staff develop professional growth plans. • Monitor compliance by administrative staff with the firm’s operational policies and procedures. • Assist with recruiting and hiring for all positions within the firm. • Manage the onboarding process for new team members, including office set-up, establishing and reviewing 30/60/90 plans, and creating orientation plans. • Help create an environment of respect and kindness for all team members. Client Production Support: • Help establish and monitor administrative support for the firm’s professional team members. • Collaborate with the lead manager of each client production team to coordinate administrative support services and provide cross-functional operations, as needed. Office Organization and Management: • Manage all “facilities” needs of the office, including ensuring it is organized, well-maintained, and equipped, with communications with the firm’s landlord as needed. • Track and coordinate the implementation of the firm’s essential IT needs, including proactively working with the firm’s IT company to ensure all office needs are met and the infrastructure is up to date. Client Relations: • Collaborate with the firm’s CEO to develop client relations policies and procedures, and to assist with client relations matters. • Coordinate client and team member gifts. Qualifications: • Experience as an Office Manager or Operations Manager in a professional services firm. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree. • Strong inclination and desire to work collaboratively and "in the trenches." Developing ideas and written work product is not enough - implementation and valuing "the small stuff" as important is key. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills without the use of AI tools - it's important that you know how to independently write business and firm correspondence. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff, and identify and execute priorities for both the firm and its teams, in collaboration with the firm's CEO. • Ability to learn and work with the firm’s key technologies, including Microsoft 365 apps, Adobe, case management software programs, and other general office applications. • Ability to adapt when needed, willingness to try new approaches, and an openness to other perspectives. • Ability to work both independently and with organization. • Being a “people person.” • Dependable and accountable. • Ability and desire to hold others accountable. • Brings a positive attitude to the office and has a “can do” perspective with challenges. • Respectful and supportive of others by nature. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE) Plus Benefits; PTO; and Education Allowance
