    Our energetic, fast-paced, growth team is looking to add a new full-time position to serve as a Relationship Manager. This position will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our previous clients. Duties include understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role involves proactive communication, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and collaborating with other teams to meet client expectations. The Client Relationship Manager should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our products/services, and the ability to analyze client feedback to improve future interactions. Successful candidates will foster long-term client loyalty and contribute to the growth of our business. Responsibilities: • Client Retention: develop strategies to retain and strengthen relationships with past clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with products or services. • Communication: maintain regular and proactive communication with past clients to address their needs, gather feedback, and provide relevant updates or offerings. • Other Services: identify opportunities to inform and educate past clients about other services of the firm that are relevant to the past clients. • Record Keeping: maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions to facilitate effective communication and further engagement. • Collaboration: work closely with intake and marketing and the various departments to align strategies that are consistent messaging to past clients. The Law Firm Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships and driving additional value from past clients. Qualifications: • Experience with a CRM is a plus. • Customer Service Experience is required. • Sales or Marketing Experience is preferred. • High school diploma or GED is a requirement; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills.
