We are a small but fast-growing business law firm looking for a Salesperson (also called our Solutions Specialist or Client Engagement Specialist) to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for potential new clients. The position will entail both sales and customer service responsibilities. We need a bright, creative, empathetic, and compassionate person who can convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience. You will work closely with other members of the team to develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources. You will help us realize our vision of helping more people! We need someone who can discuss big price points and complex problems with maturity and sensitivity. A willingness to follow up with prospects is a must for this position. We help businesses when they have to go to court so they can go back to making money. The person filling this role needs to really believe that a law firm like ours exists to help people and businesses succeed and make the community a better and stronger place. Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective clients to learn about their needs or problems, determine the law firm's ability to help, and guide them through the engagement process. • Oversee client onboarding. • Follow up with prospective clients who did not appear at their consult or did not engage the law firm at the initial consult. • Stay in regular contact with current and former clients as part of the back-end sales process. • Work with law firm management to optimize the sales process and improve prospective client experience wherever possible. • Conduct sales calls and schedule client appointments. • Compile metrics on sales efforts. Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in sales of products or services, luxury or high-end products and services are preferred. • A proven track record using a consultative sales approach is required. • Education and/or work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree. • A strong interest in consultative solutions selling. • Experience with CRM, particularly reporting, is required. • Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset. • Real-life experience & a few “battle scars” to give you empathy and understanding is an asset.
