We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our fast-paced law firm. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly—managing staff, overseeing billing and HR support, handling vendor relationships, and more. Responsibilities: • Work with the Managing Attorney to oversee the day-to-day administrative and business functions of the Firm • Ensure the Firm’s business systems and SOPs are fully documented in writing, organized, and being followed • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding of employees • Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and legal regulations • Structuring operational and management practices such as strategic and tactical planning, business development, risk management, and organizational development • Manage all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and business systems • Supervise the work of the Firm’s personnel, and vendors • Ensure client experience moves through the appropriate workflows and pipeline in a timely manner • Manage office facilities, supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships • Support firm billing processes, including timesheet collection, pre-bill review, and client invoicing • Work with the bookkeeper/accountant to manage accounts payable/receivable and expense reporting • Assist in budgeting and monitoring of firm's expenditures • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors • Support attorneys with administrative tasks and client communication as needed Qualifications: • BS or BA Degree • 5+ years of previous professional experience of legal or other professional service organizations such as medical, accounting, human resources, technology, insurance, or finance • Experience as a law firm office manager, legal assistant, case manager, or paralegal is preferred Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
