We are growing fast and we need a Litigation Intake Specialist/Receptionist who can hit the ground running. We love to help people learn and grow. We need a Litigation Intake Specialist/Receptionist with experience in inbound call sales/sales. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage intake, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability. Responsibilities: • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications: • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Previous legal experience highly valued • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
