Job Description

As an Immigration File Clerk, you will assist the legal team in case related tasks and work closely with the preparation, processing, sending out and tracking of immigration cases. In the File Clerk position, you will assist our front desk team by welcoming clients to the office and processing any documents clients provide. This position supports the legal team with technical tasks and provides in-person support in the final steps of cases being sent out to government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree;
• 1+ years of related administrative or paralegal experience required
• 1+ years of customer service required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency is required and must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), and spreadsheets
• Fluent in English
• Spanish proficiency required
