Lawn Care Technician – No Mowing Required! Location: Buda, TX
Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be a key representative of our brand, delivering environmentally responsible lawn treatments, pest control and aerations—with no mowing required!

What You’ll Do:
Apply high-quality lawn care treatments using industry-leading products.
Identify and recommend services to customers and prospects while in the field.
Maintain and operate lawn care equipment.
Assist with shop work as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to meet production goals.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience.
Small engine repair or mechanical skills.
Education or experience in agriculture, agronomy, business, horticulture, or turf management.
