    Job Summary

    We are seeking to hire a division manager for our Lawn Maintenance Division. The division manager must be capable of managing up to maintenance crews. The ideal candidate should be driven and eager to grow with a fast growing landscape company.

    Responsibilities:

    Monitor and manage time and money spent by our maintenance crews.

    Make sure that tasks on each property are completed in a timely fashion.

    Leading the day-to-day execution of lawn maintenance through management, crew direction, and scheduling.

    Ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to maintenance timeline and budget through cost management, revenue optimization, and accurate and timely billing.

    Communicating effectively and proactively with both internal team members and external contacts and customers.

    Ensuring product and service standards through strict quality control by conducting thorough reviews and inspections of completed work.

    Operating with high professional and ethical standards with an emphasis on compliance and safety.

    Additional tasks as assigned.

    Daily review and approval of time entries for assigned crews.

    Daily review of estimated maintenance labor hours with Supervisor.

    Train, Inspect, and Uphold the maintenance quality standards with Team Leaders and Team Members.

    Maintain and enforce cleanliness standards for assigned properties, trucks, trailers, equipment, shop and yard areas.

    Oversee daily (pre-trip) inspections on assigned trucks and equipment to include wear and tear, fluid levels and lubrication.

    Schedule pre-walk through with client prior to starting new properties.

    Frequent communication with assigned Clients.

    Submit and communicate all job related receipts to A/R.

    Conduct and assist with assigned safety training, including new and existing employees.

    Qualifications:

    3- 5 years of experience in the landscape industry.

    Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred

    High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Excellent time management skills.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

    Possession a valid driver’s license and health card.

    Proficient use of a smart phone, tablet or PC for communication and reporting.

    Positive attitude is a must.
