    The Lawn Maintenance Technician is responsible for working with the Maintenance Crew Lead to carry out lawn mowing and maintenance projects on an ongoing basis, identifying needs on a jobsite(mowing, performing cleanups, trimming, edging, mulching and maintaining properties), understanding and completing tasks, communicating expectations thoroughly to your crew lead, as well as ensuring that their crew, including themself, is performing all responsibilities to company standards, to ensure that a quality job is performed in an effective and professional manner. We will provide in-office training and education. On-site training and knowledge is provided. Applicable in both residential and commercial settings.

    Necessary Qualifications:

    Previous experience in landscaping, lawn maintenance, or a related field.

    Knowledge of lawn care practices, tools, and equipment.

    Ability to identify common lawn problems and their solutions.

    Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    Mow, edge, and trim lawns using various tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.

    Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees to maintain the landscape's aesthetic appeal.

    Safely operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.

    Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.

    Report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor promptly.

    Interact professionally with clients to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.

    Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality results consistently.

    Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while using equipment and chemicals.

    Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

    OT Pay

    1 & ½ pay after 40 hours/week - Overtime hours regularly available.
