Position Overview
As a Lawn Sprinkler Installation Foreman with All Wet Irrigation, you will oversee the installation and servicing of lawn sprinkler systems, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also manage the worksite, operating machinery, and leading a team to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• System Installation & Service: Install and service lawn sprinkler systems.
• Modifications & Upgrades: Modify and upgrade existing systems as needed.
• Client Communication: Professionally communicate with clients and educate them about sprinkler maintenance.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, heads, valves, controllers, and wiring.
• Physical Tasks: Perform underground sprinkler and drip system installations, including digging as needed.
• Work Environment: Ensure high-quality results while working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in irrigation service/installation.
• Skills: Knowledge of plumbing, hydraulics, electrical components, and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Communication: Effective communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience operating a pipe puller/vibratory plow.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Optional Saturdays)
• Work Location: On-site in Dover, NJ
