About the Role:
- Hours: Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with seasonal flexibility and limited weekends
- Lead and mentor a team of lawn care technicians while maintaining hands-on involvement (80% field, 20% admin)
- Oversee daily operations, including route planning, quality control, and team scheduling
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the field
- Conduct property assessments and develop treatment recommendations
- Manage customer relationships and resolve service inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
- Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Support business growth through operational excellence and team development
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
- RT, 3B license required. 3A, 7A certifications preferred
- 3+ years lawn treatment experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- LMN software experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of turf health and maintenance
- Proven leadership experience
