About the Role:

• Hours: Mon-Fri from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with seasonal flexibility and limited weekends
• Lead and mentor a team of lawn care technicians while maintaining hands-on involvement (80% field, 20% admin)
• Oversee daily operations, including route planning, quality control, and team scheduling
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the field
• Conduct property assessments and develop treatment recommendations
• Manage customer relationships and resolve service inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations
• Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory management
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Support business growth through operational excellence and team development
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

• RT, 3B license required. 3A, 7A certifications preferred
• 3+ years lawn treatment experience
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• LMN software experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of turf health and maintenance
• Proven leadership experience
