Responsibilities: • Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role • Jobseekers should be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred Association Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
