Jardim Meisner Salmon Sprague & Susser, P.C., is seeking an associate to be a part of our government representation practice group. Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in government representation, with a focus on land use matters. We are seeking someone with experience dealing with land use boards and associated litigation. Candidates must be members in good standing of the New Jersey Bar. Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel to clients related to land use, as well as representing boards throughout New Jersey • Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs Qualifications: • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • In good standing with the NJ State Bar • At least 3-5 years of litigation experience • Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
