The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Analyze and reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management for decision-making purposes. • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk. • Oversee monthly billing and all billing functions. • Lead annual budgeting process, forecasting financial outcomes and variances. • Collaborate with external accountants to complete annual reporting and tax filings in a timely manner. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is a plus • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
