We’re looking for a highly experienced and driven BCBA with diverse experience and a passion for training and mentoring who meets the following criteria:
3+ years of experience as a BCBA
Master’s degree or higher
Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred)
Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels
Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others
This role involves but is not limited to:
Creating and implementing training programs
Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork
Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors
Collaborating with our onboarding team for new hires
Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month
Managing a supervisory caseload
Other similar leadership tasks
This is a full-time, in-person position in Kansas City + surrounding areas, with remote capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for shaping and developing new BCBAs to maximize our community impact.
In this role, Lead BCBA will manage a caseload 60-75% of the time, providing high-quality supervision to clients, while dedicating 25-40% of your time to leadership, training, and mentoring tasks for our team.
