Join our team as a Lead Caregiver / Scheduler in a dynamic hybrid role, where you'll have the opportunity to directly impact clients’ lives through hands-on caregiving, while also playing a key role in scheduling and administrative coordination. This position offers the perfect balance of providing compassionate care and ensuring smooth operations, allowing you to take on leadership responsibilities while working closely with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate in-home and community care tailored to each client.

Oversee and handle all caregiver/client scheduling.

Perform routine supervisory checks.

Assist with caregiver skills workshops.

Support with daily caregiving tasks, including personal hygiene, grooming, mobility assistance, meal prep and light housekeeping.

Balance both hands-on caregiving and administrative duties as part of the hybrid role.

Be on-call as needed to address urgent scheduling conflicts.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old and comfortable in a supervisory role.

5+ years caregiving experience.

Genuine desire to help others with honesty and integrity.

CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

Administrative experience.

Ability to complete required training from referring agencies and the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (MHSAS).

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

CNA certification is preferred but not required.
