Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Product Installation: • Perform precise, high-quality installations aligned with project specifications and timelines. • Specialize in delivering flawless work for bathroom remodels, kitchens, laundry rooms and mudrooms, and tub-to-shower conversions. Site Oversight: • Act as the on-site leader managing job sites, addressing issues, and maintaining safety and organization. Team Supervision and Training: • Mentor and train team members, ensuring they develop skills and adhere to company values and quality standards. • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among team members. Quality Assurance: • Conduct inspections and address any issues promptly to ensure all work meets Stone Ridge Remodeling’s high standards of craftsmanship. Client Interaction: • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients on-site, handling minor inquiries and referring complex questions to the Project Manager. • Facilitate change orders, including pricing, client sign-off, and tracking for invoicing. Safety and Compliance: • Exemplify and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations. • Maintain a secure and productive work environment. Additional Contributions: • Assist in refining and documenting processes for consistency and efficiency. • Collaborate during pre-construction planning to identify challenges and ensure smooth execution. • Use project management tools (e.g., JobTread) to document updates and track progress. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a lead carpenter or similar role in residential remodeling. • Expertise in bathroom remodels, kitchens, laundry rooms and mudrooms, and tub-to-shower conversions. • Strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols. • Leadership skills and a history of successfully managing and mentoring team members. • Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality and efficiency. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation: $62,000
