Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Cabinetry and Shelving Installer to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. Our management team leads by example with integrity, hard work, and honest, open communication with both our clients and team members. We need a full-time Installation expert with a background in carpentry and cabinetry preferred, and we will provide ongoing training along the way.
Responsibilities
Install closets, cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients' homes
Conduct in-home installation repairs, as needed
Adhere to schedule for all jobs with punctuality
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
Modify system components, as needed, to ensure a visually perfect installation
Cut, trim, and install base and crown molding to fit installation requirements
Complete and submit installation paperwork on a daily basis
Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writing
Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Oversee the work of and provide on the job training to the assistant/helper installer
Comply with and follows all safety regulations
Safely operate a 16 foot box truck
Oversee the delivery of job material inventory and ensure job sorting is done correctly for each job
Identify and communicate efficiency improvements inside a warehouse
Ability to work 4 10-hour shifts per week (Monday through Thursday)
Monitor consumable parts inventory and request replacements as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be able to pass a background check
Leadership experience: 2 years preferred
Construction/carpentry/cabinetry experience: 5 years required, 5-10 years preferred
Valid Driver's License required
General construction and tool use knowledge
Able to lift and maneuver over 50 pounds

$30-$35 starting wage rate based on experience in the field
