Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and executing projects independently, as well as with a helper at times, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Lead Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from small punchlist repairs to larger renovation and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and complete various construction projects, including renovations, deck builds, and more.
• Perform small punchlist repairs, including but not limited to:
• Roof repair
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical work
• Crawlspace work
• Siding work
• Provide accurate and timely updates on project status and timeline to the office.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with relevant safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of the project.
• Mentor and guide less experienced technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction, with a strong background in the tasks listed above.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable and consistent, with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and truck/van transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
