Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with experience in Wave and iClassPro? Do you thrive on turning leads into enrollments? Goldfish Swim School – Johns Creek is looking for a Part-Time Lead Conversion Specialist to manage our lead system and help grow our swim family!

Position Details:

Part-time position

$20–$24 per hour, based on experience

Flexible scheduling with potential for growth

Responsibilities:

Monitor, track, and manage incoming leads in Wave and iClassPro

Develop and execute follow-up strategies to increase enrollments

Communicate with prospective families via phone, email, and text to provide information and encourage sign-ups

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress within the system

Collaborate with the management team to optimize lead conversion strategies

Provide reports on lead activity, trends, and success rates

Requirements:

Experience with Wave and iClassPro is required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Sales or customer engagement experience preferred

Passion for working with families and promoting swim safety
