Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Lead Qualification : Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and determine their readiness to move forward in the buying or selling process. • Pipeline Management : Maintain and update lead records in our CRM, ensuring every lead is nurtured and tracked effectively. • Proactive Outreach : Conduct follow-ups through calls, texts, and emails to build relationships and keep potential clients engaged. • Appointment Scheduling : Set appointments for our sales agents with highly qualified leads. • Market Awareness : Stay informed about local market trends and real estate services to provide value in every interaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field Compensation: $56,000 - $85,000 yearly base + bonus
