Lead Creator Partnership Associate for a Fashion E-Commerce Retailer
Our client is a global leader in quick-to-market, cutting-edge fashion and remains a fast-growing e-commerce retailer with one of the world’s leading lifestyle brands and over 20 million followers. They are looking for a highly organized and experienced Lead Creator Partnership Associate to guide and manage their growing team. This person will oversee and mentor a team responsible for managing influencer and creator relationships, campaign deliverables, payments, and communication.
This is an in-person role in Beverly Hills, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a team of hourly Creator Partnership Associates responsible for influencer relationships, deliverables, payment requests, and ongoing communication
- Manage a high-touch roster of VIP creators and talent, ensuring their needs are met, deliverables are on track, and relationships are nurtured
- Assist in the execution of influencer/creator posts and content aligned with broader marketing campaigns
- Act as the point of contact for high-level inquiries and issue resolution related to creator partnerships
- Collaborate with other team leads and departments to resolve complex issues and streamline processes
- Manage escalated issues effectively, ensuring swift resolutions and providing feedback to leadership for continuous improvement
- Utilize internal resources to address challenges, implement solutions, and ensure consistency in client service
- Analyze team performance data and identify trends that can improve efficiency and service delivery
- Provide regular performance reports to leadership, including recommendations for process optimization and team improvements
- Leverage data insights to refine strategies and enhance overall team output
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with team members, influencers, and clients, ensuring clarity around expectations and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions, as well as efficient and effective team leadership
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, providing support where necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in influencer marketing, account management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management capacity
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams of hourly employees in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Expertise in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Highly organized with excellent time management and project management abilities
- A strong presence that can instantly demand credibility and lead through adversity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.)
- A flexible thinker who can adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs
Compensation: Targeting a base salary of $85-105k
