    Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who can effectively manage patient flow, provide guidance to our team, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for both patients and staff.     Responsibilities

    Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable

    Oversee daily operations in the back office, ensuring efficiency and quality patient care

    Manage patient flow to keep the schedule on track

    Provide leadership and support to the dental assisting team

    Assist with implant procedures and other advanced dental treatments

    Deliver outstanding customer service and build patient relationships

    Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment Provide leadership and support to the dental assisting team

    Assist with implant procedures and other advanced dental treatments

    Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have

    Take vital signs and accurately record medical history

    Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures

    Assist the dentist during procedures and exams

    Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

    Inventory and supplies ordering

    Qualifications

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation

    Strong computer and data entry skills

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to provide high-quality patient care
