    Position Summary:

    As a Lead Dispatcher Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our paratransit services. You will oversee a team of dispatchers, ensuring that all transportation requests are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Dispatch Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatchers to ensure optimal service delivery.

    · Interdepartmental Communication: Foster strong communication channels with other departments (e.g., operations, fleet, and safety) to ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient coordination of resources.

    · Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    · Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve high performance standards.

    · Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

    Emergency Management: Develop and implement emergency procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to critical situations.

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations[AW1] [SR2] [SR3] [AW4] , policies, and procedures.

    Reporting to Leadership: Prepare and submit regular reports to leadership on the performance of the dispatch team, including key metrics, operational issues, and recommendations for improvement.

    Availability: Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, ability to work a flexible schedule, including working various shifts, weekends, holidays, and split days off.

    Qualifications:

    · High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    · Valid Driver's License.

    · Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paratransit dispatch or logistics.

    · 1 year of customer service experience.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.

    · Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
