JOB SUMMARY: THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE IS TO CONTACT CONSUMERS AND ADVISE OF PENDING SERVICES, DOCUMENTATION, PENDING COMPLAINTS AND RETURN CALL REQUESTS. CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS. THE HOURS WILL BE FROM 7:00 AM-12:00 PM & 12:00 PM TO 5:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FT POSITION, WE DO START EVERYONE OFF IN THE PT ROLE.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Interacts with consumers via telephone and email, to provide support and information on resolution services.
Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ability to generate inbound calls to our customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player, and extremely goal-oriented.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service/Collections experience preferred.
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Drive applications.
