Job Description: Lead Electrician/Wireman

Location: Longview, TX

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential generator installation and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose generators and ATS switches
• Provide mechanical and electrical support for residential electrical systems
• Supervise and lead a team of electricians
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
• Collaborate with clients to determine electrical needs and solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician
• Proven experience in generator installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for generators and ATS switches
• Mechanically and electrically inclined
• Licensed electrician preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
