    Job Summary As a Lead Field Technician, you put smiles on Customers faces providing services to protect homeowners and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs. We are looking for a highly trustworthy and dependable individual skilled using hand tools and power equipment that enjoy working at Customer sites.

    Responsibilities

    Greet Customers with a smile, review orders, and ensure satisfaction with services

    Perform exterior services: dryer vent cleaning, softwash and pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning

    Perform internal services: checking smoke alarms, cleaning refrigerator coils, cleaning and changing filters

    Scope and complete miscellaneous property maintenance jobs, including installation and testing new equipment

    Create professional job reports using our digital mobile platform

    Train new field technicians

    Leaves no trace of trash, equipment use, or equipment/supplies

    Keep tools and equipment in clean and good working condition; performing regular preventative maintenance, and if necessary repair in the field

    Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle, and vehicle readiness

    Drive company vehicle responsibly and safely to/from Customer sites

    Qualifications

    Proven work experience cleaning dryer vents, softwash and pressure washing

    Experience as a Field Service Technician, Handy Person, or equivalent

    Highly trustworthy, and exemplifies professional behavior

    Gets great satisfaction from doing high quality work efficiently, and ensuring Customers are fully satisfied with our services

    Has a strong safety record, especially with use of ladders and power equipment

    Strong communication skills, with a preference to bi-lingual

    Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment and tools

    Skilled operating hand tools and power equipment, and solid problem solving abilities

    Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record

    Ability to travel to work sites and work according to a changing schedule

    Excellent time management skills

    High school diploma or GED; U.S. Citizen (no sponsorship)
