We are seeking an experienced Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads to drive sales and revenue growth; helping develop proposals and managing follow-up campaigns for potential customers. We are looking for someone with excellent sales skills and the ability to convert leads into appointments. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the owner & area manager

Develop lead generation lists and prospective customer targets

Initiate contact with prospective customers in-person and over the phone

Develop, execute and manage follow up campaigns

Assist with proposal preparation and presentation

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience in lead generation strategies and sales techniques

Successfully demonstrates customer connection & education of services

Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools

Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

If you are a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for lead generation, sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you. This is a hybrid (both at home and in the field) position starting at 20 hours per week. We are willing to commit to more hours based on performance. Sales territory would be Conroe, TX and surrounding areas (The Woodlands, Spring, Montgomery, Willis, etc). Upon employment, please expect a probationary period for the first 60-days; in which we’ll be reviewing performance, sales/captured leads, appointments created, and compensation calibration.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour + Performance Bonus
