As an Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both commercial and residential units. Your primary focus will be installations in both residential and commercial settings.
Required Qualifications:
5-years or more experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, equipment, and components
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record the past 5-years. Must be approved to drive a company vehicle.
Commercial and Residential HVAC installation experience (required)
EPA Card
Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC problems, and solving those problems - as needed
Experience with HVAC codes, standards, and best practices
Experience in a customer/client facing role
The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:
Previous experience leading an HVAC installation crew
Hydronic and Radiant Experience
Experience with zoning and voltage control circuits
Completion of a training program in HVAC technology
Valid HVAC Technician License or Certification
Jade Control experience
Schedule:
The schedule for this role is primarily Monday – Friday, day-time hours. Later hours and weekends may be required depending on our workload and the needs/schedules of our customers/clients.
All employees must pass a driving record check (MVR), lift test and drug screen prior to start date.
Adams offers a pay range for this role between $25.00 and $45.00 per hour, as well as a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer a company matching 401K plus paid time off and paid holidays.

While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The Employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands. The Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds of weight. Specific vision abilities this job requires include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
