We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installation technician with leadership skills to lead our installation team. This is an opportunity for a qualified Installation technician to apply their technical skills, knowledge and experience to install, start-up and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems from start to finish.

Job Skills & Requirements Strong work ethic Ability to install HVAC systems for homes & businesses within scheduled dead-lines Ability to work with home and business owners in a professional manner Strong mechanical skills & knowledge Ability to lead and manage a crew of one or more co-worker/helpers Minimum of 3 Years HVAC installation in a residential setting required EPA certification required Must be able to pass a full background check and have a clean driving record
