We are a local leader in residential and commercial HVAC systems located in Springfield, Missouri servicing the greater Saint Louis area. We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to install commercial HVAC systems and potentially oversee apprentice technicians on new build construction projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and/or replace heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential or commercial establishments.
• Read and interpret product specifications/plans and prepare for on-site installations/replacements while anticipating potential challenges.
• Coordinate the on-site work of installers including installing or reworking ductwork, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas, electric furnaces, thermostats as well as brazing refrigerant lines and connecting electrical, gas lines, drain lines and flue pipes through walls and roofs.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and OSHA regulations.
• Comply with EPA refrigerant recovery, handling, and storage regulations.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Design and fabricate flex and sheet metal duct systems and duct fittings as required.
• Operate motor vehicles and equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
• Responsible for training new installers as well as monitoring and assessing their performance on the worksite.

We’re it if this is You:

• EPA Universal and OSHA 10 certifications required.
• 5 or more years of experience in HVAC installation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of skilled technicians.

• Fluent knowledge of terminology, materials, methods and tools involved in the heating and air conditioning industry.
