About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Air Butler Heating and Cooling, LLC in Powell, WY. As a leader in the heating and cooling industry, we provide top-notch service to our customers and offer a supportive and collaborative work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

Supervise and train installation team members

Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations

Communicate with customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns

Keep accurate records of installations and maintenance work

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in HVAC installation

Valid HVAC technician license

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent problem-solving abilities
