This is a unique opportunity for someone who can manage projects, create accurate estimates, and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

We are looking for a seasoned technician with the following experience:

Bathroom upgrades / remodel

Drywall repair / patching / caulking

Flooring repair and installation

General carpentry and framing

General home repairs and handyman work

Kitchen repair / remodel

Tile experience

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and provide solutions.

Develop detailed estimates and present them professionally.

Lead a team of technicians, serving as the go-to resource for problem-solving on the job.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Maintain communication with clients, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring

Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction or skilled trades, including residential repairs and renovations.

Leadership: Ability to guide a team, delegate tasks, and mentor technicians.

Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Attention to Detail: Precise in estimating and thorough in execution.
