    The Lismore Hotel Eau Claire, a Doubletree by Hilton, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our rooms team as a lead housekeeper. As a Hotel Lead Housekeeper, you'll supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring hotel rooms and common areas are clean and meet standards, while also managing inventory, addressing guest requests, and reporting issues Responsibilities: • Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and quality. • Address staff concerns and provide guidance for improvement. • Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet hotel standards. • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department. • Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests. • Serve as a team leader for a crew of custodial/housekeeping staff. • Train new employees. Qualifications: • Prior hotel housekeeping experience • Hilton experience ideal but not required • Prior lead experience in a customer service role • Ability to lead and set standards Compensation: $17 per hour
