About the Role:

Join The Goddard School of McKinney as a Lead Infant Teacher on the closing shift, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing the youngest learners. We are looking for passionate educators who are excited to create a warm and engaging environment for infants, fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.

Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities and milestones.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure the well-being of children.

Requirements:

Preferred to have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.

Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including closing shifts.

Must pass background checks and maintain a professional demeanor.

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
