Lead Installation Technician

Our client, a leading American mid-market provider of commercial grocery and foodservice equipment, is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installation Technician to oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial food equipment. Lead Installation Technician Responsibilities:

• Install, program, dismantle, and reassemble equipment on-site.
• Confirm installation schedules with customers.
• Guide and coach installers on work steps, tool usage, and job performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and solutions.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and appearance.

Lead Installation Technician Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of commercial installation experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification.
• Strong electrical/electronic and mechanical skills (with hydraulics, welding, and/or electrical acumen).
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and read schematics.
• Basic understanding of refrigerant piping and soldering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
