We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage and execute installation projects for residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on various projects

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of HVAC system installations

Ensure all installations meet industry standards, local codes, and company quality requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues

Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

Maintain accurate project documentation and records

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a lead HVAC installer

EPA certification

RMGA (Rocky Mountain Gas Association) certification

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
