    Lead Journeyman Technician - What you will do:

    You will lead and complete commercial installation projects on client job sites – commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, and retail centers - within the Seattle and western Washington areas (very little travel!)

    • Oversee the installation and programming of commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
    • Manage the quality of work, and provide superior client service.
    • Oversee and train a team of 2-3 apprentices
    • Be responsive to the client's needs and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
    • Enhance your project management and leadership skills. You will be joining a high-growth company with promotional opportunities in project management and other leadership roles out of the field.

    . Lead Journeyman Technician – Who You Are (Required Experience & Fit):

    • You are a 06 Limited Energy Journeyman Electrician with a minimum of 3 years of experience installing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
    • You have 2 years as a project lead responsible for complete local project management.
    • You have strong communication skills and can train and mentor 2-3 apprentices on processes and projects.
    • You possess a valid driving license and clean MVR.
    • You have a High School (or GED) minimum requirement.

    Lead Journeyman Technician \- You Might Have:

    • A current certification of one of the following: Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, SWH C-Cure 9000, Lenel, Openpath, Exacq, AMAG and Milestone.

    Lead Journeyman Technician – For You

    You will have flexibility in your daily work schedule and should anticipate being on the road servicing clients 90% of the time with little to no overnight travel.

    Your compensation will be an hourly rate between $35-$50 an hour. For this role you will be provided a company car, cell phone, laptop, gas card, and expense reimbursement.

    This role requires a successful completion of a drug test and a clean driving record before start date.
