We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lead Maintenance to join our team at the RV park. The Lead Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and appearance of park facilities, including RV sites, amenities, and common areas. This role requires hands-on experience in maintenance, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or outdoor recreation setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry principles.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Working Conditions:

The Lead Maintenance will primarily work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.

This position may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

The Lead Maintenance should be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when performing maintenance tasks.

Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required to accommodate park operations and emergency situations.
